Non-refund policy - StreamHG

1. Scope of Application
All purchases of Premium Plans on the StreamHG platform are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after payment

Failure to use or fully utilize the service

Misunderstanding of plan features

Issues not caused by the StreamHG system

Users are responsible for carefully reviewing plan details before making a purchase.
2. No Exceptions
All refund requests submitted via any channel (email, support ticket, dispute, etc.) will not be accepted. This policy applies equally to all users.

View Counting Policy – StreamHG

To ensure transparency and clarity in view tracking, the StreamHG system classifies and records video views based on the following criteria:
1. Views Started
Recorded immediately when a user clicks the "Play" button to start video playback.
2. Views Finished
Counted when the viewer watches the required percentage of the video, as defined in the system policy.
Includes finished views from users who use AdBlock or access the platform via VPN.
3. Paid Views
Views Finished that have been validated by the system as eligible for revenue payment.
Excludes:

Finished views from users using AdBlock or VPN.

Views with signs of fraud, excessive repetition, or traffic from invalid sources.

4. Views AdBlock
Finished views from users utilizing ad-blocking software.
These views are excluded from Paid Views as advertisements are not displayed.
5. Views VPN
Views from users who access the platform via a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Only counted if AdBlock is not used and the view meets the completion criteria.
Finished VPN views are excluded from Paid Views to ensure accuracy and prevent abuse.
6. Views Premium
These are ad-free views, counted under the Premium Views associated with the user's account.
